What I mean is the only way I can fall asleep in a reasonable amount of time is to be laying in bed watching TV until I can't keep my eyes open any longer. If I have to get up to get a glass off water or go to the bathroom I'm wide awake. The problem with that is I automatically did the same for my kids while tucking them in at night - so they have fans on all the time.
