Is it an escape from reality, where you get to watch complex stories unfold, and latch onto good vs. evil? A "show" where you can tune in every week, and root on your favorites? Do you hearken back to the 1980's when Hulk Hogan was taking on Roddy Piper and Mr. Wonderful in the "Rock vs. Wrestling" era? Do you wish you could see another Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Rock match? Were you in heaven when the Monday Night Wars were at their height?
Or is it absolute horse-crap? Would you rather watch paint dry? Does this seem more absurd than NASCAR (sorry, NASCAR fans) or Paris Hilton? How can people possibly sit and watch this fakeness and talk about it?
