I'm disappointed - McDonalds hasn't sold its McRib sandwich for quite a while. Now, I'm not a big fan of the taste of this sandwich ... for the most part, it's ok, but I can't really determine what it tastes like (or what it's supposed to taste like, or be, even).
I just find the shape of the patty funny - I mean it looks like they tried to shape this processed meat into the shape of ribs. Not sure how this is supposed to help in the selling of the sandwich (and maybe that's why McDonalds has held off on reintroducing the sandwich).
But, you have to give it to those ad and marketing wizards - they really make you "want" to have this bland-tasting sandwich. Check out the commercial below and tell me that you don't want a McRib:
