Bermuda - part 2

We had about two days to enjoy in Bermuda ... not nearly enough to fully experience the island, but more than enough to get a taste of it's majesty (yeah, I used the word majesty). Just a beautiful place - turquoise water, fabulously colored fish, lush plants and trees.

The first day, we took a ferry to St. George's. My wife and I went to Crystal Caves, and enjoyed the stalactites and stalagmites, and the 88 steps we had to traverse to get to them. We spent the second part of the day snorkeling at Tobacco Bay ... unfortunately, we forgot our underwater camera - we saw a really big Parrot Fish and many other fish.

The second day, we traveled to Horseshoe Bay - spent the morning swimming and snorkeling. Then, we hiked a trail that overlooked a bunch of coves along the beach - just beautiful scenery all around. The time flew, sadly.

Here are some pics of Bermuda:

One of the cool cave formations we saw.

Great pic of Tobacco Bay.

The Unfinished Church in St. Georges.

A beautiful shot of Horseshoe Bay
