It's time once again for Mama Kat's weekly homework assignment! This week, I chose the prompt, "What am I paranoid about?" I'm not really paranoid about much, but here's the main thing I tend to worry about: I have a list of "to-do's" in my head - I never feel at ease until I've completed a good chunk of the to-do's in my head.

For instance, when a weekend approaches, I'll create a to-do list ... usually, it includes washing the car (not every weekend), vacuuming and cleaning the house (again, not every weekend), laundry, grocery shopping, cutting coupons, and ... yes, blogging. I need to get to all of these in order to feel comfortable or at ease. The sooner I get these accomplished, the better.

If I don't get to these, I have trouble sleeping. Sometimes, I'd rather stay up until I get these accomplished ... probably not the healthiest outlook. I tend to sometimes do this at work, as well ... If I don't accomplish what I set out to accomplish in the morning, I stress about those tasks after work ... again, probably not healthy.

you are a go getter obviously! I wish I had that list of accomplishments and that I would set out to do them. I have a messy house, save everything and I can't stand dirt and the only reason I will clean up the mess is to clean the dirt.

OH MY GOD!!! This is Kurt. He emailed me a link today saying "Sound familiar?" AND YES IT DOES! He's exactly the same way. Always list, always EVERYWHERE!

Actually, according to a Dr I saw...making a list keeps you from getting anxiety from all the tasks.

You are clearly an A type personality. I leave notes on my mirror with a dry erase marker. I find that when I see it, review it, with a clear mind, I can prioritize them better.

Okay, so, me being female and all, I have to ask:

Do you actually finish these jobs that you start?

My husband is so bad at this, I actually HATE it when he gets a list going!! lol

I'd leave you a better comment, but I think someone's watching me....
