80's Corner

Who Framed Roger Rabbit is a forgotten-about movie from the late 1980's ... it was cartoon-based, and the main actors in the movie are unknowns (at least in the U.S.) with the exception of Christopher Lloyd. However, this movie is memorable in that it featured both Warner Brothers and Disney cartoon characters (and others, like Woody Woodpecker, and Betty Boop). There were scenes with Mickey Mouse and Bugs Bunny interacting, as well as a funny piano scene with Daffy and Donald Duck ... it was cool to see these two cartoon company legends working together.

By todays CGI standards, the movie probably doesn't hold up so good ... but the special effects for the time were incredible ... and the storyline is still pretty solid. I recommend people watch it if they get the chance.
